Douglas Clark, 70, of Bellevue passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2024, at his home. He was born August 14, 1954, in Sandusky, Ohio, the son of Alvin and Juanita (Gordon) Clark.
Doug was employed at New Departure in Sandusky until his retirement in 2009. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing in his younger years. Under the guidance of his father, Doug was very involved in the Boy Scouts and served as a leader for many years. He enjoyed working in his yard and watching Nascar.
He is survived by his mother, Juanita Clark of Bellevue; sons: Corbin (Dana) Clark of Bellevue, Chris Clark of Bellevue; grandchildren: Desiree Dunbar, Gabriel Sawyer, Corbin Clark Jr., Ava Clark, and Nova Clark; two brothers: Kenneth Clark and Scott Clark; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Doug is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Clark.
Friends will be received on Sunday, September 1, 2024, from 2-6 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
