Donald L. Kerr, 81, of Bellevue, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026. Born November 2, 1944, he was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Nehls) Kerr.
Don was a lifelong resident of Bellevue and attended Bellevue School. He served in the United States Army in Germany from 1967 to 1969. He retired after 37 years with Bellevue Manufacturing. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue Eagles No. 490, a 32nd-degree Mason, and belonged to Historic Lyme Village and Four County Conservation Club, all of Bellevue.
Don and his wife, Linda, enjoyed boating, fishing, traveling, and cruises in their earlier years. He cherished time spent with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Linda (Lerch) Kerr; sons, Alan (Cindy) Kerr and Aaron (Alecia) Kerr; their mother, Joanne (Passanisi) Voigt; grandchildren, Zoe and Draven Kerr; stepchildren, Darin (Jackie) Lerch and Kelly (Dan) Berry; stepgrandchildren, Kaitlyn and Corey Henning, Claire and Braxton Berry, Daleigh, Ryleigh, Hadleigh, and Ahnaleigh Lerch; sister, Sharon (Paul) Braun; brothers, Tom (Misch) Kerr and David (Patty) Kerr; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be no services.
