Dolores H. Armstrong

Dolores H. Armstrong, 90, of Huron, passed away February 28, 2026, at Parkview Care Center in Sandusky.

She was born February 7, 1936, in Orrville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Walter and Glenna Franks. Dolores married Donald Armstrong in 1955 in Wooster, Ohio. He preceded her in death in 2002.

Known to many as “Dee,” she participated in the Miss Ohio Pageant and volunteered at area theaters. She also enjoyed operating her concession stand for many years. In her spare time, Dee loved crocheting, sewing, and baking for her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Doug Armstrong, Dale Armstrong, and Deena Koser; along with numerous grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Private burial will take place at Meadowgreen Cemetery in Huron.
