David E. Wise

David E. Wise, 67, of Attica passed away at his home on December 19, 2022.  He was born October 5, 1955 in Willard the son of Eugene E. and Lenore M. (Spacky) Wise. 

David farmed with his father and drove truck for M&B Asphalt for 44 years, retiring in 2020.  In his free time, he loved shooting guns, enjoying nature, and was a steward of the family farm. He was a lifetime farmer with his father and insisted on using only red tractors. David was always loyal to his family and work. He was a member of Our Lady Hope Church, Attica and formerly Reed Assumption Church.

David married Beatrice Holmer, in October of 1980 at Reed Assumption Church.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and daughters: Tammy Kay Wise and Dana Rose Wise; and brother, Robert Dale Wise.

A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at 2:30PM followed by visitation from 3:00-6:00PM at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH 44811. A funeral mass will be held on December 22, 2022, at Our Lady of Hope, 320 Stump Pike Rd, Attica, OH 44807 at 10:00am with burial to follow at Reed Assumption Cemetery.
