Cynthia J. Estep, age 52 of Bellevue, passed away after a short battle with lung cancer on Friday, October 13, 2023, at the Advanced Specialty Hospital in Toledo, OH. Cindy was born July 12, 1971, in Toledo, the daughter of the late Charles and Bonnie (Ussher) Smith.
Cindy was a mother, a sister, an aunt, a grandmother, a cousin and a friend to so many people. She welcomed everyone in and treated everyone like family!
