Connie Zieber

Connie Lou Zieber, 87 peacefully passed away on July 19th at the Tiffin Willows.

Born on May 21,1938, in Republic, Ohio, Connie graduated from Green Springs High School in 1956.

She married Dale Leroy Zieber on October 12, 1957.  Connie and Dale together they built a loving family. Connie was a devoted homemaker and cherished her role in raising her five children: Paula (Michael) Hyman, Phyllis (Gary) Skeel, Richard (Lucy) Zieber, Rodney (Gail) Zieber, and Aaron (Christina) Zieber.

Her legacy continues through her 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. 

Connie survived by her sisters, Alice (Barrick) Willman, Lela (Barrick) Miller of Green Springs, Ohio and brother Leon Barrick of Circleville, Ohio. 

She was preceded in death by Dale Zieber and her parents Inez and Harrold Barrick of Republic, Ohio.

A Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. followed by a service at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Fremont Baptist Temple.

In honor of Connie's memory, memorial donations can be made to Heartland Hospice at 907 W. State Street, Fremont, Ohio 43420, or to the Fremont Baptist Temple at 1150 S County Road 198, Fremont, Ohio 43420.

We are grateful for the love and support of our family and friends during this time of sorrow and remembrance. Connie's warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she knew, and she will be deeply missed.
