Connie Corrado

Consetta M. “Connie” Corrado, 89, of Bellevue passed away peacefully on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Extended Family Assisted Living in Bellevue.  She was born September 13, 1931 in Tiffin the daughter of Leonard and Vita (Fortunato) Perna.

Connie married Thomas Corrado on November 10, 1951 at St. Mary’s Church in Tiffin.  She worked for 25 years at the GE Lamp Plant in Bellevue until her retirement.  She was a devoted mother and grandmother and enjoyed cooking and caring for her family.

She will be deeply missed by her Six daughters, Debbie Werling, Cindy Schmitz, Linda (Steve) Barnhart, Lori (Joe) Green, Amy (Jason) Weider, Cathy (Shawn) Beamer; Son, Frank (Toni) Corrado; 18 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, John (Josephine) Perna, Joseph Perna, Mike (Shirley) Perna, Frank (Melinda) Perna, and Lenny (Paula) Perna; Sisters, Mary Reid, Natty Kistler, Jeanie (Larry) Adlesperger, Margie Hodges, Lucy (Barry) Wade, and Dolores (Mike) Herbert; and her beloved dog, “T.J.”

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her sister, Carmie Fabrizio and son-in-law, John Werling.

Private Graveside services will be held at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.  Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
