Christopher Lee Parrish, age 46 of Bellevue, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Chris was born July 14, 1978, in Sandusky, OH, the son of Ricky and Rebecca (Tackett) Parrish.
Chris loved to be involved in many things and enjoyed many hobbies. He especially enjoyed the outdoors and was often boating, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and 4-wheeling. He kept a large garden at his home and loved to hand out all sorts of vegetables he had grown to his friends and family. Chris had a particular fondness since he was young with CB Radios and liked talking to many people over the radio. He was a die-hard Donald Trump supporter and was looking forward to casting his vote in the coming election. Above all, Chris loved his family and enjoyed every second he got to spend with them.
In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his wife, Sarah (Steinmetz) Parrish, whom he married March 12, 2011; daughters: Alicia Parrish and Jaylin Lacy; brothers: Shawn (Airlee) Parrish of Sandusky, and Chad (Holly) Parrish of Bellevue; and paternal grandparents: Robert Parrish and Betty (Rudy) Parrish; Many more Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Chris is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Lonnie and Olive Tackett; and aunts and uncles: Lynn Tackett, Ethel Dennis, Helen Risner, Sue Elliott, Betty Waldrop, Wayne Parrish, Bobby Parrish, Roger Basil and Kelly Basil..
Friends will be received on Sunday, July 28, 2024, from 12-4:00pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH 44811. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024, at 11:00am, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at York Chapel Cemetery in Bellevue.
