Cheryl Flanigan, 75, of Bellevue passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 at her home. She was born January 26, 1946 in Cudahy, Wisconsin the daughter of Paul and June (Robarge) Thomas.
Cheryl enjoyed crafts especially painting ceramics and loved to attend garage sales. She had a heart of gold and loved helping others. She loved her family and adored her grandchildren.
She is survived by children: Holly (Juan) Felix, David Kucza, Michael (Laura) Kucza, Dylan Flanigan, Coleman Flanigan, and Jessica (William Foster) Flanigan; 19 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sisters: Gail Biencuzzo, Paula Malkowski, Joanne Evans; her “sister” and best friend, Susan (Jim) Lindenburger and special friends, Pam and Larry Mullins; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dogs: Toby and Molly; and cats: Maggie and Stormy;
Cheryl is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Flanigan, whom she married August 17, 1977 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; her parents, Paul and June Thomas; sisters, Lynda Walker and Jackie McCarthy; and grandson, Mathew Foster.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
