Carolyn S. Linton

Carolyn S. Linton, 81, passed away Friday May 17th, 2024 in her home. She was born May 28th, 1942 to William and Helen (Laughlin) Linton. Carol graduated from Rome - Canaan High School in Stewart, Ohio in 1960. Leaving Athens, she then spent the remainder of her life in Bellevue, Ohio.

She is survived by two daughters, Suzanne (Joey) Elacion, and Kristen (Charles) Rhineberger. Four grandchildren, Evan Rhineberger, Ethan (Isabella) Rhineberger, Helaina Rhineberger, and Malia Elacion. Four great -grandchildren, Luna, Kennedy, Riley and Barrett. Along with her companion Dennis Farrington, brother William (Mary Ann) Linton and numerous nieces and a nephew.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and thrift store shopping.

There will be a burial service at 1:00pm Tuesday, May 28th at West Union Street Cemetery in Athens, Ohio. Ewing-Hughes-White Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements in Athens, OH. Foos and Foos Funeral Service is handling local arrangements.
