Candice Bartson

Candice Bartson, age 37, of Bellevue, OH, passed away on October 9, 2025, at her residence. Candice was born on February 24, 1988, the daughter of James Bartson Jr. and Deb (Baker) Myers. 

Candice will be remembered for her strength, generosity, and adventure. She loved shopping and had an appreciation for life’s finer details. An avid traveler, Candice embraced solo journeys with enthusiasm and courage, seeking out new experiences such as skydiving and white-water rafting. Her fearless nature inspired those around her. Known for her compassionate spirit and willingness to help anyone in need, she touched many lives with her kindness. Above all, Candice treasured her family.

In addition to her parents, Candice is survived by her sister; Nicole (Chad) Dearth; step-brother, Tyler (Megan) Myers; fatherly figure, Todd (Terry) Myers; grandmother, Beverly Baker; numerous nieces and nephews; and her companion, Tracy Miller. 

Candice is preceded in death by her brother, Justin Bartson; grandparents, Jerry Baker, James Bartson Sr., and Mary Bartson; and Uncle, Brian Baker. 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
