Brian Frost

Brian A. Frost, 68, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at his home. He was born April 12, 1952 in Bellevue the son of George M. and Jane (Frey) Frost.

Brian was a Bellevue High School graduate, class of 1970 and a member of Immaculate Conception Church.  Brian was a loyal employee at the American Baler Company for 45 years in which he walked to work everyday.  Music was one of Brian’s passions in life, both playing and listening.  This passion led him to become a member of numerous bands playing the piano and was a member of “Higher Ground” along with his brother, for 15 years.  His love of pianos led to him to operate Frost Piano Service for 25 years where he would tune and rebuild pianos.  He was an avid Cleveland and Ohio State sports fan, enjoyed camping and having campfires with his family, and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.  Brian truly enjoyed and took pride in caring for his lawn.  He also enjoyed going to the drag races in Norwalk, something he had done since he was 12 years old.  Brian loved old muscle cars and owned a 1968 Chevelle.  His ultimate goal was to race his Chevelle one time down the drag strip. His son’s worked tirelessly to customize his engine for speed and although he didn’t get his ride down the track, he did get one final cruise in his car. 

He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Gerber) Frost; Four sons: Todd Frost, Nathan Frost, Andrew Frost, Michael (Tara) Frost; a daughter, Nina (Lee) Miller; 8 grandchildren: Alivia Frost, Andrew Frost, Sierra Frost, Paige Frost, Derricka Frost, Carter Frost, Addison Frost and Hazel Miller; brother, Allen (Dorene) Frost; and sister, Linda (James) Good.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, April Ann Frost.
