Beverly A. Risner

Beverly A. Risner, 79, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023, at Gaymont Nursing Home in Norwalk.  She was born February 23, 1944, in Bellevue the daughter of Joseph and Theresa (Provenzale) Kudro.

Beverly was a 1962 graduate of York High School.  She worked for GTE as a secretary until her retirement in 1992.  She enjoyed golfing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Beverly is survived by the love of her life and devoted husband, Joe Risner, whom she married on August 5, 1989 in Bellevue; sons: Bret Verhoff of Bellevue and Craig (Lindsey) Verhoff of Geneva, IL; step-children: Jeff (Andrea) Risner of Bellevue and Jody (Thomas) Halbisen of Castalia; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and brothers: Dennis (Ray) Kudro of Leland, NC, Joey (Jan) Kudro of Norwalk, and Thomas (Kathy) Kudro of Perrysburg.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Terrance Kudro.

Friends will be received on Thursday, May 4, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue where a funeral service will begin on Friday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at York Chapel Cemetery.
