Betty Dempsey

Betty Dempsey, 84, of Bellevue passed away Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Providence Care Center in Sandusky.  She was born September 5, 1937 in West Virginia the daughter of Alvin H. and Myrtle I. (Smith) Jackson.

Betty was a homemaker for majority of her adult life. Raising her children and caring for her family. Family was a priority for Betty.  She retired from the Bellevue Hospital at the age of 62. She also enjoyed reading her bible, and sharing her testimony. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, cooking ,her daily walks ,visiting and talking with her neighbors. She was a member of Charity Baptist Church in Bellevue.

Betty is survived by her two sons: Todd Dempsey and Anthony Dempsey; daughter, Kathy Druckenmiller; 3 Grandchildren: Mackenzie Stinson, Titus Dempsey, and Roger Druckenmiller.

In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Dempsey and sister, Mayoma Coburn.

Private services will be observed.  Foos & Foos Funeral Serve, Bellevue is assisting the family with arrangements.
