Bentley Douglas Lewis

Bentley Douglas Lewis, 2 months, of Bellevue passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at The Bellevue Hospital.  He was born July 29, 2020 in Toledo, the son of Brian Lewis and Keirsten Brant. Despite his short time on earth, he was deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around him.

In addition to his parents, Bentley is survived by his grandparents, Patricia and Braden Sanford, Christy (Michael) Thornsberry, and James Brant Jr.; Uncles: Fynn, Walter, Brady, and Jeremy; Aunts, Kaylee, Kelsey, Kylie, Aubrey, and Hannah; Great Aunt Paula Williamson Great Grandparents: Patsy Lewis, Dennis and Sherry Johnston, James Brant Sr., Kay Brant , and Jeanette Moulton.

Bentley is preceded in death by his great grandfather, Paul D. Lewis Sr. and great grandfather James Brant. Great Uncle Paul D. Lewis Jr. Great Aunt Susan Lewis.

Friends will be received on Monday, October 12, 2020 from 4-7 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue where a funeral service will begin on Tuesday at 11 a.m.  Under current Ohio mandates set forth, masks and social distancing will be required.
