Barbara Lynn Sassaman

Barbara Lynn Sassaman, 69 of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020 in Norwalk. She was born May 3, 1950 in Bellevue the daughter of the late Richard M & Phillamayne (Heyman) Sassaman.

Barbara enjoyed going to Florida, riding her bike, coloring, playing cards, going out to eat and shopping with her sister Karen, family gatherings-especially holidays, playing Bingo, and the care givers at Gaymont Nursing Home. She really enjoyed buying gifts for people and handing out candy at Halloween

Survivors include her son, Tom (Candie) Neuberger of Norwalk, a daughter, grandsons, Jacob & Eric, siblings, Judy (David) Miller of Surprise, AZ, Karen (Francis) Ott of North Fairfield, Martha (Matt) Mykytuk of Bellevue, Roberta (Mike) Sassaman and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and special friend Lorraine.

A private funeral service will be held.  Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
