Angela (Aleman) Moreno

Angela Moreno, age 84 of Clyde, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022, at her home. Angela was born November 12, 1937, in Omar, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Isabel Aleman and Antonia Valero (Estrada).  

Angela was a dedicated loving mother, grandma, great -grandma, and Tia. She spent her life caring for children, and not only her family but strangers’ as well.  She called herself the Mother of all the Mothers. She loved all her grandkids more than they will ever know. She taught them how to cook, along with life lessons which touched their lives. A peacemaker who shared her kindness and love to all of us. Most of all she enjoyed gardening, flowers, and cooking.  She was always there when needed for support, advice, and comfort. A natural healer to all the lives she touched. 

Angela is survived by her children: John Carlos Moreno, Victor Anthony Moreno, Maria Moreno, Vincent Moreno, Angelita Moreno, and Alicia Moreno; grandchildren: Michael Potts, Rochelle Moreno, Scott Campbell, Jessica Moreno, Darius Moreno-Cook, Sienna Cook, Deanna Miller, and Maddie Moreno; great-grandchildren: Canyon, Jalen, Demarrion, Rashawn, Brianna, Anthony, Paco ( pet chihuahua) and siblings: Toney Aleman, Mary Lou Workman (Aleman), Val Valero, Stella Whitt (Valero), and Manny Valero. 

In addition to her parents, Angela is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Moreno, and siblings: Johnny Aleman, Frankie Aleman, and Mary Lou Drake.

Friends will be received Friday, January 14, 2022, from 10:00am until a funeral service beginning at 11:00am at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410. Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
