Andrea L. (Moyer) Colvin

Andrea L. Colvin, age 56 of Fremont and formerly of Bellevue, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Andrea was born August 16, 1965 in Findlay, the daughter of Donald Moyer and Joanne Brandal (Alesch).

Andrea loved her family more than anything. She was a selfless and devoted mother. She put her family first and was always there no matter what. She knew the importance of spending time together, of showing up to every race, and of being a supportive mother and a true friend. 

Married to her high school sweetheart for over 32 years, she was a wonderful wife and best friend. She enjoyed motorcycle rides with her husband and friends, scrapbooking and reading. Her infectious smile and laughter will be greatly missed. 

Andrea is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Colvin Jr, whom she married September 30, 1989 in Castalia; mother: Joanne Brandal of Bellevue; father: Donald (Ruth) Moyer of Bellevue; children: Jesse (Kyle) Barnett of Bellevue, and Jimbo (Taylor) Colvin III of Bellevue; grandson, James Colvin IV; a granddaughter on the way; siblings: John (Kim) Moyer of Vickery, Teresa Shetzer of North Baltimore, and Sue (David) Hennard of Cincinnati; and special friend, Lisa De LaHamaide of Fremont.

Friends will be received Tuesday, December 7, 2021, from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 11am, also at the funeral home.
