Vivian Kay Frazier, age 70, of Bellevue passed away Friday, July 26, 2019 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky. She was born November 11, 1948 in Columbus, OH the daughter of the late Charles, Jr. & Naoma (Chapman) Tuggle.
Vivian worked in retail sales for many years. She was a member of the Women of the Moose and Bellevue Eagles Aerie 490. Vivian loved making quilts and sharing them with others, she was an accomplished cross-stitcher, winning several awards. Her biggest joy was spending time with her family and cooking for them. She enjoyed reading, camping and playing cards.
Survivors include her husband Frederick A. Frazier whom she married March 21, 1967 in Columbus, sons, Michael (Denise) Frazier, Mark (Malissa) Frazier, grandchildren, Tiffany, Kaitlyn, Victoria, and Alexandra, all of Bellevue, sisters Karren Bowling and Sharon (Gary) Kulp both of Columbus and her good friend Jamie Ruffing.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Thomas Tuggle and Charles Tuggle III.
A private family service will be held. Burial will be at York Chapel Cemetery.
