Ruth D. (Ferres) Griffith

Ruth D. Griffith (Ferres), age 86 of Bellevue, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the Bellevue Care Center. Ruth was born November 21, 1932 in Bellevue the daughter of the late Elvin and Bernice (Stout) Ferres.

Ruth is survived by her children: Jackie (Larry) Bower of Clyde, Jeanne Porter of Vickery, and Theodore (Karla) Lake of Houston, TX; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and brother, William Ferres of Monroeville.

In addition to her parents, Ruth is preceded in death by her son, Paul Risner; sisters: Shirley Ferres Nay, Eileen Idle, Bernice Close, Evelyn Hill, and Judy Ferres; and brothers: Elvin Ferres, Charles Ferres, Ronald Ferres, Robert Ferres, and Richard Ferres.

Friends will be received Friday, March 1, 2019 from 12:00, noon, until a service begins at 1:00pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy., Clyde, OH 43410.
