Roger Bonnette

Roger Bonnette, 69, passed away at his home in Clyde, on August 29, 2018. He was born on May 2, 1949, the son of James and Barbara Willivene (Beers) Bonnette.

Roger truly enjoyed sharing his love of God by creating wooden crosses, which he shared with everyone. In addition, he took satisfaction in his woodworking projects and pleasure in strategy games, gardening, and his dogs.

He is survived by his wife, Lianne (Harnden) Bonnette; a son Andrew Bonnette; three grandsons; father, James Bonnette; and sister, Kathy (Henry) Wolpert.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Willivene Bonnette.

Friends will be received for visitation from 3-7pm on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy., Clyde, OH 43410. A funeral service will begin on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 10:00am at the First Missionary Church, 927 S Main St, Clyde, OH 43410. Burial will take place at Bakertown Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made in Roger’s honor to First Missionary Church, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Ohio, Inc. (reaching children for Christ), or to Semper K9 (provide service dogs for veterans).
