Matthew Dodson

Matthew Dodson, 26, of Bellevue passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at his home.  He was born April 10, 1991 in Norwalk the son of Tony Dodson Jr. and Chrissy (Channing) Dodson. 

Matt was a member of Eagles Aerie 490.  He enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, golf, but most of all spending time with his daughter.  He was employed as a welder at Selbro industries.

He is survived by his daughter Sapphyra Dodson of Bellevue; parents: Chrissy Dodson of Clyde and Tony (Gail) Dodson of Bellevue; brothers: Anthony Dodson III of Bellevue, Casey Dodson of Bellevue; grandparents: Rita and Bill Starr of Ironton, OH, Anthony (Sally) Dodson Sr. of Gibsonburg and step brother: Casey White of Bellevue.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother Beverly Ann Dodson.

Friends will be received on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 2 p.m. until a funeral service begins at 6 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
