Fern M. Hoose

Fern M. Hoose, age 78 of Bellevue, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Eden Springs in Green Springs. Fern was born July 6, 1940 in Buckhannon, WV the daughter of the late Olen and Iva (Sines) Carpenter.

Fern loved baking, canning, and gardening; but most of all, Fern loved spending time with her family.

Fern is survived by her children: Charles (Terri) Hoose of Clyde, Ann (Vernon) Salyers of Fremont, and Carol (Jimmy) Armstrong of Suffield, OH; grandchildren: Kenneth and Adam Seibold; 5 great-grandchildren; Siblings: Otto Carpenter, Katherine Hanline, Betty Lee, and Linda Dentamore, all of West Virginia.

In addition to her parents, Fern is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Lee Hoose; sister, Rosemary Lee; and grandson, Jason Seibold.

Friends will be received Wednesday, July 3, 2019 from 11am until a service beginning at 1pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH 44811. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
