Doris G. Gerber

Doris G. Gerber, 92, of Bellevue passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 at The Bellevue Care Center.  She was born March 28, 1926 in Sherman Township the daughter of Cletus and Monica (Leis) Gerber.

Doris graduated from Monroeville High School in 1944, and the former Maumee Valley Hospital Nursing School.  She also graduated Cum Laude from Baldwin Wallace College in 1968.  She was a member of the Legion of Mary Auxiliary, and member of Immaculate Conception Church, Bellevue. 

Doris is survived by her brothers, Raymond E. Gerber of Monroeville and Donald J. Gerber of Monroeville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Doris is preceded in death by her brothers: Gerald Gerber,  Myron J. Gerber, Cletus F. Gerber, Richard L. Gerber; and sisters: Thelma Gerber, and Patricia Usselman;

A funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 E. Center St., Bellevue.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Monroeville.  Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
