Diane L. Fazio

Diane L. Fazio, age 69 of Fremont, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at her home. Diane was born December 25, 1949 in Norwalk the daughter of the late Leonard and Irene (Longyear) Fazio.

Diane was a Bellevue High School graduate. She loved animals, especially her pets, and watching Christmas movies.

Diane is survived by her children: Kevin (Lori) Bogner of Delta, OH, Deborah (Terry) Ray of Clyde, and Jennifer (Jim) Graham of Tiffin; grandchildren: Sarah, Jennifer, Melinda, Brent, Christian, Shane, Paige, Austin, Ty, Mikinlee, Brooklyn, Jordan, Payton, and Levi; great-grandchildren: Allison, Hannah, Abigail, Aubree, and Adrianna; brothers: Larry (Velma) Fazio of Bellevue, James (Lisa) Fazio of Bellevue, Jerry Fazio of Texas, and Steve (Ta) Fazio of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews; and her dog, Rabbit.

In addition to her parents, Diane is preceded in death by her grandson, Colin Jeffrey, and nephews, Brian and Joey Fazio.

Friends will be received Friday, July 19, 2019 from 6-8pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 11:00am also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Diane’s honor to the Humane Society of Sandusky County, 1315 N River Rd, Fremont, OH 43420.
