Cody Godfrey

Cody Godfrey, 29, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 at The Bellevue Hospital.  He was born November 3, 1989 in Fremont, Ohio the son of Scott and Amy (Cloum) Godfrey.

Cody was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing.  He worked in construction enjoying the time spent working with his Dad.

He is survived by his father, Scott Godfrey of Bellevue; paternal grandparents, Terry and Barb Godfrey of Bellevue; maternal grandfather, Wilfred J. Cloum of Monroe, MI; a sister, Noelle Godfrey of Bellevue; and four nieces: Emma, Cora, Bria, and Luna.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Amy Godfrey; grandmother, Sylvia LeFever; aunt, Sheri Godfrey; and cousin, Jeremy Godfrey.

Friends will be received on Saturday June 1, 2019 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.  A wake service officiated by Fr. Jonathon Wight will begin at 2 p.m.  Private burial will be held at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
