Beatrice (Holbrook) Artino

Beatrice Artino, 83, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at the Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.  She was born January 30, 1935 in Salyersville, KY the daughter of Zebedee and Hattie (Vance) Holbrook.

She enjoyed traveling and especially spending her winters in Florida.  She loved good cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

Beatrice married Orlando Artino Sr. on November 29, 1954 at Immaculate Conception Church, Bellevue; He survives along with their two children:  Orlando Artino Jr. of Bellevue and Thomas (Edna) Artino of Bellevue; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Jerry Holbrook of Bellevue; sister, Wayvonne Spraggins of Bellevue; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Kaufman-Artino of Bellevue.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Daniel Artino; grandson, Brian Artino; great grandchildren: McKenna and Seth Payne; brothers: Landon, Lance, and W.C. Holbrook; and sisters, Mary Lou Trimmer and Myrtle Barnett.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, July 3, from 10 a.m. until a funeral service begins at 11 a.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.  Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
