Noah Stegman Obituary

Noah R. Stegman, 12, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024 following a courageous battle with leukemia.  Noah was born July 31, 2011 in Sandusky the son of Christopher Stegman and Ashley (Hasselbach) Yeckle.

Noah was a 7th grade student at Bellevue Middle School.  He loved sports, especially football.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and a collector of football helmets, miniature football helmets, and jerseys. Noah was a member of the Bellevue Middle School band, where he specialized in the baritone.  He attended First Church of Bellevue Childcare, where he loved to attend and play with the younger boys.  His attendance led to him aspiring to become a teacher.  At home he enjoyed playing fortnite, watching youtube, and riding his bike with the occasional trip to one of his grandma’s for snacks.  Noah also enjoyed trips to Amish Country and was a dog lover of his “puppies”: Milo, Blaze, Wally, Pearl, Jerry, and Gilligan.

Noah is survived by his mother, Ashley (Jordan) Yeckle of Bellevue; father, Christopher (Desiree) Stegman of Clyde; grandparents: Henry and Bev Hasselbach of Bellevue; Carolyn Stegman of Bellevue; Shelly & Gilbert Yeckley of Bellevue; Wanda & Kenny Sorrell of Clyde, and Dan & Val Soucy of Cleveland; along with numerous aunts and uncles.

Noah is preceded in death by his grandfather, Mark Stegman.
