Kenneth “Mr. Ohio” Falter, 83, of Bellevue passed away Monday, January 1, 2024 at The Bellevue Hospital. He was born August 25, 1940 in Bellevue the son of Carl A. and Mary Frances (Laurer) Falter.
Ken was a 1958 graduate of Bellevue High School; During his time in school, he excelled in athletics, especially Basketball. Ken enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and especially enjoyed betting against the Browns over the years. He was a member of Eagles Aerie 490, Knights of Columbus, and Immaculate Conception Church. Ken worked for Foos & Son Funeral Homes as maintenance for many years.
He is survived by his daughter, Deborah (Randy) McGrady of Fremont; 3 grandchildren: Shane, Jim, and Rachael; 5 great grandchildren; brother, David (Brenda) Falter); sisters, Carol (Bob) Reynolds and Mary (Ron) Gates; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Scott Falter; daughter, Tami Henry; and brother, Carl “Bud” Falter.
Friends will be received on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. Burial will take place at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
