Joyce Heimbaugh

Joyce Heimbaugh, 90, of Bellevue, OH passed away on March 31, 2024, at Spring Creek Nursing Home, Green Springs. Joyce was born on February 5, 1934, the daughter of the late Alvin and Cree (Tea) Heimbaugh.

Joyce went home to Jesus on the morning of March 31, 2024. She was the best Aunt, “Mom” to some of us, daughter, sister, friend and loved God. We thank God for placing her in our life and she is the reason we know God. We went to Church and read the Bible together each night. Praise God for such an awesome example of how to live life here on earth. 90 years on earth, and an eternity with Jesus. You are loved and will be missed by many.

Joyce was also an active member at Seybert United Methodist Church, especially in the Women’s Group and Bible Study.

Joyce is survived by those whom she cared for and raised, Bill Norman, Becky Kimball, Cindy Whitaker, Rick Heimbaugh, Bill Heimbaugh, Todd Heimbaugh, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family; and sister, Donna Shaver.

In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her siblings, Marjorie Frank, Dorvin Heimbaugh, Peggy Crockett, Doris Berger, and Dick Heimbaugh.

Visitation will be held on April 2, 2024, from 6:00-8:00pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH 44811. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on April 3, 2024, at the funeral home. Following the funeral service, the burial will take place at York Chapel Cemetery, Bellevue. After burial services, a luncheon will be held at the Midtown Event Center (Former Firelands Federal Credit Union), 221 E. Main St., Bellevue, OH 44811.
